The project will create a brand new idea including city space, greenery space, traffic

system and key buildings. Meanwhile, it will also become one of the paragons of the

future projects in Nanke Industrial Zone of Tainan Science and Industrial Zone.

The project is in connection with creating a science-technological zone and its

special service zone. So that we, taking its features into account, introduce into

design planning a concept of “Solar Flower”, expressing the energy recycling. Solar

energy is rich in its source. It is inexhaustible and dispenses with exploitation and

transportation. Non-pollutant to environment, non-damaging ecological balance are

features of the solar energy. So usage of solar energy is very attractive.

In the overall layout, it has to analyze the surrounding environment of the planned

lot and the regular criss-crosses of street layout, in order of forming an overall

consideration.With respect to ecological use, we must generally employ energy

saving technologies and ecological.
