Group Founder---Mr Ken T-Lin

 

Ken Lin joined the PJAR USA in 1995.He is the last disciple of Philip Johnson- the “godfather of Postmodernism“Mr. Ken Lin have the opportunity to participate in the large international project design.Based on Lin Ken has been able to leverage his knowledge of Asian culture and language as well as his connections in the region, which led to numerous projects in both Asia and the rest of the world. As Mr. Ritchie and him established PJAR Asia Groupe Pte. Ltd. in Singapore in 2004, PJAR’s first entity outside of the United States.


In 2006,Mr Lin Ken established ST•JOHNSON INC and in this year he acquiring Shanghai Pudong Land Design And Development Institute (SPLD) which held a valuable Chinese Grade B architectural planning license. While based on the strong resource system built within both the domestic and overseas markets, addressing the all round design system from the concept design in the early stage to the construction phases of the project.


Mr.Lin graduated from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) with a Dual Master’s Degree in architecture and urban planning. With is 16 years of experience in planning and design in USA and Asia his skills are in regional planning, project orientation, building design and project management.In 2007,Mr Ken Lin received an invitation from the President of Kazakhstan to attend the master planning design and presentation regards to 522hectares satellite city in the city of Almaty. During the same year, ST•JOHNSON INC won the special award in the best planning and design category provided by World Real Estate Association Taiwan Branch (the company’s Taiwan project-Shangri-l Memory Institute) , and also assisted Shanghai Zobon Group in establishing the brand new office concept MOHO (Museum of Home Office).
